A LITTLE ABOUT KIMBERLY CLARK

I have been associated with Coldwell Banker, Real Estate Group, for the past 17 years with a total of 23 years as an active licensed real estate consultant. I have lived in Kosciusko County and Warsaw area for over 62 years and I bring insight into the geography, demographics, and economics of this area to the table.

My Mission

My philosophy and mission statement is centered around the heartfelt goal of seeking out and attaining the home that meets the client's needs, hopes, and budget to the best of my abilities. I believe that theexcitement and opportunity of real estate sales have to be tempered with the right mixture of knowledge and personal character.Together, listening to the client, common ground is sought between those needs, hopes on a budget, and available homes in the desired area. Let's get started on the journey, whether it be the initial search with moving being months down the path or a more urgent goal of targeting that special home where time is of the essence.

My Experience

I enjoyed receiving my college associates degree from International Business College located in Fort Wayne, IN. I had majored in Accounting and minored in Business Management. I sat for the Indiana State Auditor's exam after working for a CPA firm in Warsaw for a year. I audited the state's corporation's income tax, sales tax and intangible's tax for five years, before starting a family. I ran my own interior decorating accessory business for approximately 10 years, before entering the real estate marketing and selling the enterprise. I have served as a real estate assistant, managed and operated a real estate office for three years, passed my real estate broker's exam, and have continued assisting clients full time as real estate broker/consultant for over 23 years in Kosciusko County and surrounding counties.

Full-time experience and diversification have played a large role in the consistent listing inventory I service and represent. I have a long background in the handling of foreclosures, short sales, and other distressed properties together with the secondary luxury lake homes our county shares. Kosciusko County lays claims to having over 100 naturally made lakes. It is a recreational area lake like no other. I have had the good fortune of growing up around the lakes and participating in water sports. Our county's strong economics affords me the privilege and opportunity to be part of a small specific group of agents who are trained to partner with nationally recognized companies relocating highly educated professionals into our community. Our relocation program is well established and has assisted in the real estate transition for many employees.

My Community Involvement

Within our community and real estate related organizations, I adamantly believe in the benefits of networking and contributing. I had served 11 years as a member of our local BNI Chapter and served on that board as Secretary/Treasurer for three years. I served for six years on our local realtor board of directors through the position of director to President. Our local real estate board was a large proponent in the regionalization of our multiple listing service in past years. I support our local Builder's Association and Chamber ofCommerce.
