Warsaw, Kosciusko County
Kosciusko county is a rural, agricultural county where two vital highway arteries cross and connect a large section of north central Indiana commerce. There are many small towns surrounding the centrally located county seat. Whether it is the quaint town of Etna Green to the west or the tourist town of North Webster to the north, I have assisted sellers and buyers in these surrounding communities reach their real estate goals. Warsaw is the county seat and has the highest concentration of the population and occupational opportunities. My Coldwell Banker, Real Estate Group agency office is located in Warsaw.
As Kosciusko County is known for its 99+ lakes, Warsaw and Winona Lake create a rare community with three lakes within the combined city limits. The residents enjoy the sandy beaches and parks all season long. Warsaw’s economics are supported by the large orthopedic industry presence. The trades, manufacturing and professional employment opportunities create a stable and growing economy for Warsaw.
